Dr. (Capt) Yogesh Chander Sharma

Maine Surveyor, Auditor,ISO/ MLC / DPA

Captain Yogesh Chander Sharma is a seagoing captain and holder of an Honorable Doctorate MBA, RO And BGL ( LAW ) from the Indian University. He has to his credit, many years of experience on board different types of vessels including Tankers, Container Ships, Ro/Ro Vessels, General Cargo carriers, He has also worked as fleet captain and operation manager / Fleet personal Manager for a large shipping line for many years. He is very versed in all types of surveys and frequently attends seminars organized by international bodies.

Captain Yogesh Sharma has been a Marine Surveyor for over Many years with QRS /NASHA /ARS /OMCS Class, PMA and brings with him a wealth of experience. He has completed the Causality Investigation Course as per IMO 3:11 from the Lloyds Maritime institute New York for Marine causality investigation officer. He has certificates as a Maritime Lead Auditor (MLC, ISPS and ISO 9001) from the Lloyds Maritime institute. He is a Flag state Inspector for Panama, Tuvalu, Sierra Leone, Bolivia, Belize associated with QRS Class/ IME/OMCS, ARS Class.

She’s is Qualification in Bachelor of Arts (In English) from Haryana University. Managing Office based staff, Office management and supplies.

She is having an award as International Icon (social activities) ,ICONS OF BHARAT AWARD 2025, 3- PM Modi Vision of Bharat Award 2025 An aim to work as a company administrator is a professional who organizes the best team for Organization and specializes in Maritime. The company administrator's role is not only to ensure that the work is finished on time and on budget, but also may involve acquiring more contracts.

Capt. Yateen Kumar Pandurang Deulkar

Auditor / Marine Surveyor

Captain Y.P. Deulkar has worked as an Advisor to MTDC, Ambuja Cement, Dubai Drydock for Gas Tankers. He has also worked with SCI, Barber Ship Management (USA), Denholm Shipping (UK). He also has experience of working for GMB for 12 years. With a core group formed by the then CM of Gujarat, Mr. Narendra Modi, headed Nautical Department, Traffic Department, Business development of Gujarat, Gujarat Port and Infrastructure Development Department.

Initiated Vibrant Gujarat International Summit. He was in charge of the Alang Ship recycling yard for 4 years. and he was actively involved in Alang safety regulations. He has worked with MMB as Chief Ports Officer, Maharashtra. He also has expertise in Tanker operations, Ship Chartering, Heavy lift loadouts (Recently loaded 2,500 Ton jacket on a barge for AFCONS). He is a Qualified auditor for ISO, safety, and office audits, visiting faculty for Marine Training institutes, Vessel's port captaincy, valuation.

Has an expert team for ship repairs in Dry dock and as flying squad. Captian Y.P. Deulkar is an external examiner for Second mate and mate's exams. As CEO of International Maritime Federation, liaising with DG, MMD on regular basis, Hon. Member of NMDC.

Capt Jay Limachiya is holding Master marine License from Dg Shipping ,India .Always had opportunity to work with the best companies in the industry like – Hapag Lloyd, MSC, SCI, CSAV,L & T, Anglo eastern, Pampady Marine Contracts and Shipping Pvt Ltd, Grafftech Marine & Engineering Pvt Ltd, Diamond Blue Shipping Solutions Pvt Ltd, C.S.A.V – Compania Sud Americana de Vapores etc A Strategic planner for Business Development, performance driven and accomplished professional, offering almost 30 years of experience in commercial and operational functions in logistics and shipping industry including over 14 years of international exposure.

Business cantered and Analytical mind set to enhance profitability. Experience in complete business cycle, presenting company for business, product finalizing, procurement, logistics, deliveries etc. Vast experience in supply chain management. Expertise in Line Operations, Vessel schedule integrity, vessel utilization, commercial utilization of vessels, coordinating transhipments, feeder operations and container fleet. An efficient communicator possessing sound interpersonal co-ordination, liaising and cross-functional team management skills.

My responsibilities included coordination and managing all commercial activities with Charterer, Owners, Operator and Agents. Managing all aspects of ship operations including navigational safety, cargo operations. Port state control, Flag state control Inspections, implementation of Internal & External Audits for quality certifications. Overall vessel maintenance, Dry Dock Repairs. Document Handling & generating management reports for all involved parties. Handling Multinational Crew, Training of ship staff on safety and risk management techniques etc.

Manoj Thapliyal

Technical (Oil & Gas)

For the last 25 years, He has been involved in several projects, first as marine engineer on board Product Tankers in various positions and then from November 2009 in Teekay Offshore as Maintenance Technician, providing high quality services and viable solutions. He has managed properly those projects until the completion.

He possesses a deep knowledge of the oil and gas industry in using the best technologies and resources in order to deliver optimized solutions according to your company’s specifications. He also has experience of new ship building. He was in STX Shipyard at Jinhae , South Korea for the delivery of Product/Chemical Tanker M.T High Endurance & M.T High Endeavour. Also, He was in Dubai Dry Docks for the conversion of shuttle tanker to FSO (FSO Falcon Spirit).

Capt. Thirumurthy Kamatchi, BSc, AFNI.

Master Mariner – FG

Capt. Thirumurthy Kamatchi, is a highly accomplished Master Mariner and result driven maritime professional with extensive experience and knowledge of the Maritime industry for over 34 years.

Have commanded large oil tankers trading worldwide with world’s leading tanker operators and owners. Experienced in offering high level of hands-on services, including planning, leadership, and problem-solving for clientele with stringent demands. Commendable manual dexterity with strong commitment to excellence. Proven competence in handling escalations in compliance with the safety standards and conventions along with zero incidents while implementing safety regulations and ensuring vessels’ security especially in handling oil cargoes.

Has been passionately involved in Fleet Management, Operational Excellency, Ship Navigation, Ship Management, Ship Inspections & Audits, Vessel Administration, Regulatory Compliance, Vessels Security, Risk Management, Incident investigation, Hull Inspection, Dry Dock Planning and execution, Resource Management etc. Lately involved in the management of Maritime Training Institute in compliance with National and International conventions.
